“If you think back on your life, you had an ecosystem of mentors who each gave you
something and left something with you. Mentorship, no matter where it comes from,
helps a young person to expand, to explore, to see other things and different
backgrounds.”

By being a Big (a volunteer
youth mentor), you can help
shape a young person’s future
for the better by empowering
them to achieve their
individual goals. And the
best part is, it’s a lot of fun. You
and your little can share the
kinds of activities you
already like to do and explore
new opportunities together.
Your donation supports the
careful one-to-one matching
and ongoing professional
mentoring support unique to
Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Your gift will help match a
child with an adult mentor,
and guide them through the
lifetime of their mentoring
match. A donation today will
lead to better outcomes for
Ventura County’s youth
tomorrow.
You’re invited to RSVP for
some creative and
entertaining signature events
in Ventura County, to support
our youth and mentoring
programs.
Whether you attend the event, become a sponsor, donate or volunteer, you are making a
big difference.
